Capturing Key Indexing fields from scanned paper documents: We have handled large data acquisition projects where millions of pages are manually scrutinized and key data elements are collected through a web based work flow solution. This solution, developed over a decade of working on similar projects is highly efficient and automates the whole process of data acquisition, data cleaning, data certification and final delivery to client.
2. Logical Document Determination: Sometimes in large paper sets – specially in large litigation projects – it is difficult to segregate page sets and the scanned images typically comes to us in a uncategorized linear collection serialized through BATES number stamping. Our DEOs go through such large sets of scanned pages and then determine nested document boundaries and return in client specified segregation methods like multi-page TIFF files or PDF files. Load files for different archival software like Summation, Concordance, etc are also supported. We can also supply the logical boundaries in the standard iPRO format.
3. Guaranteeing Quality at more than 99.99% (or at most one error in 10,000 opportunities of error): We do this through a double entry mechanism built into our work flow solution where two randomly chosen Data Entry Operators (DEO) get the same set of scanned pages to extract data from. These two results are matched electronically. In case of any mismatch a third DEO resolves the conflict. This guarantees near 100% accuracy rates.
4. Operator Skill Monitoring: On top of the above, the work flow solution automatically gathers key data on error rates of the operators and flags inadequate levels ranked by error rates. Based on this re-training is arranged for the operators as soon as the anomalies are found.
5. Final Outgoing Quality Monitoring: Finally, before the data leaves our premises, it is checked through Lot Sampling methods based on BS-6000 standards so as to guarantee client specified minimum quality levels.
